RGCG PRICING - AS OF JANUARY 2006

Virtually all of our engagements start out as a simple conversation focusing on your needs and exploration of how well our skills map to them. This initial consultation is free, can last for several hours and can take place in person, by phone, by email or any combination of the above.

During this process you will share your challenges and needs. We'll share our experience and consulting style and mutually determine if we can be of service. It's common for these discussions to be exciting - filled with exploring possibilities and solution ideas.

Our philosophy is to insure a good match of our skills to your needs prior to investing a lot of your time and money. Once we mutually decide to embark together, the following rates and policies will generally apply -

Consulting:

Rates are dependent on the scope and length of the engagement and can be charged on an hourly or daily basis.

Training Workshops:

	For a single instructor - $2,800 per day
	For multiple instructor's, $4,000 per day
	A single instructor can handle up to 24 students. For larger classes, an additional instructor is usually required
	1/2 day rates for a single instructor are - $1,500 for up to 24 students
	Rates include all course materials

Additional Notes:

	Travel expenses are not included in the rates and will be charged separately
	For international travel, outside USA and Canada, please call for a separate price quote

PAYMENT POLICY

Coaching payments are due in advance on a monthly basis, based on the estimates from the Coaching Plan.

Workshop payments are 50% due 45 days in advance of the training and 50% due upon training completion.

All travel expenses are due net 30 days. Consulting payments are due net 30 days upon completion of each 5 day or less consulting segment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel a booked consulting or training engagement, please notify us at least 4 weeks (28 business days) before the start of our on-site visit.

Penalty Charge: If we can recharge the time, then the cancellation fee is 25% of the cancelled days that are within the 4 week timeframe. Charges are at our standard consulting rate. If we can not recharge the time, then the cancellation fee is 75% of the cancelled days that are within the 4 week timeframe.

If we incur other expenses related to the trip and related travel and any material preparation, they will be charged in addition to the penalty charges.
