If you're considering starting (re-starting) an automation effort, I strongly suggest readint the material within the series. It really focuses on getting things off on the right foot. I'm also developing this material into a presentation entitled: Test Automation: Keys for Smart Starts, which I'll be presenting at PSQT West for the first time in May.
