Bob Galen is an accomplished teacher and coach when it comes to all aspects of teams operating in an agile capacity.

New Service: "Pay it Forward" Coaching
We're announcing a new service for 2013. We call it "Pay it Forward" coaching and consulting. The service is a pro-bono, fixed scope arrangement with select clients where we help guide your agile adoption. It typically takes the form of:
- Providing informal agile assessments
- Fixed time-frame coaching engagements
It doesn't include more formal training, although we will do some brown-bag lunches and short workshops where needed.
