RGCG's President & Principal Consultant is Bob Galen. Bob is a well-known and deeply experienced agile consultant, coach, and trainer. He's a well-traveled speaker who has shared on agile practices both nationally and internationally.
He has developed a small, but equally skilled group of networked colleagues that are well-rounded enough to meet any agile assignment from the smallest to largest transformations.
But There's a Difference
Everyone with some minimal amount of agile experience today seems to have thrown up a 'shingle' as an agile coach or consultant. You see them everywhere.

Second, we're experienced. We've been practicing, in the trenches agile, for well over a decade. Not only that, we've coached in embedded permanent positions as well as consultative ones. Point is--we've always practiced what we preached with proven successes.
